Challenge.
The project required several security and network systems to be deployed as one coordinated environment. Each component needed to be installed, configured, tested, and commissioned while remaining aligned with the broader construction and operational schedule.
The active facility and time-sensitive delivery requirements added complexity. Access control, surveillance, intrusion detection, network connectivity, power infrastructure, and monitoring requirements all had to function together before final closeout.

The PM2NET Solution
PM2NET managed the integrated deployment from installation through commissioning and closeout.
The access-control work included multiple controlled entry points, door hardware, controllers, monitoring devices, and supporting power infrastructure. The video surveillance deployment included more than 60 cameras, with multi-sensor and specialty systems configured, aligned, tested, and optimized for the facility’s operational areas.
The team also implemented and coordinated the intrusion detection system, including commissioning and alignment with monitoring requirements. Supporting network infrastructure was deployed and migrated through coordinated switching, connectivity, and final systems integration.
End-to-end testing, troubleshooting, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and final closeout brought the four core technology areas into one unified operating environment.
