Project overview.
A large religious facility in Los Angeles, serving a congregation of more than 2,000 members, relies on technology to support worship services, ministries, community outreach, education programs, and ongoing communication with members. To improve reliability and reduce the burden on internal staff, the organization partnered with PM2NET for monitoring and managed IT services designed to stabilize operations, strengthen security, and provide responsive user support—especially for mission-critical activities such as live-streaming services.

(02)
Challenge.
The facility faced three primary IT obstacles that impacted day-to-day operations and member engagement:
Reliability concerns: Frequent internet connectivity disruptions interfered with live streaming and communications.
Security needs: Increased concern about cybersecurity threats and protecting sensitive data.
Support limitations: Limited internal resources made it difficult to resolve issues quickly and consistently.
(03)
Result.
PM2NET implemented a tailored managed services program that improved stability, security, and support coverage. The solution included continuous monitoring of network performance, servers, and endpoints to detect and address issues proactively; enhanced cybersecurity controls to reduce risk and protect data; and 24/7 help desk support to provide timely assistance when problems arose. PM2NET also delivered regular maintenance, including scheduled updates, patching, weekly reporting, and ongoing system upkeep to minimize downtime. As a result, the facility gained more dependable IT operations, a stronger security posture, scalable support as the community grows, and a more cost-effective approach that allows staff to stay focused on serving the congregation and advancing its mission.
