With these services available throughout all of the United States, PM2NET's field services team could help franchises and companies with rollouts required in multiple branches, and remote locations as needed.
Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
Managing all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.
Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
Provide hardware/POS system, PC, printer and peripheral repair/support, including direct interaction with clients to identify issues, diagnosis mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures, using established procedures.
Provide escalation and point of contacts on all engagement and deployment for complete full project lifecycle management.
